  • Ursus transcoder device provides real-time H.264/AVC transcoding of MPEG-2 single program transport stream for Digital TV, IPTV and distribution applications

    It is also suitable for video solutions that require bitrate and display resolution reduction. Ursus transcoder makes the migration to H.264/AVC easier to TV operators, increasing the number of video/audio streams that can be distributed using the same bandwidth and keeping the picture quality.

    The Ursus transcoder series have different models varying from a ultra-compact solution to a 1RU compact unit.
